On behalf of Eastend Baseball Academy and Determined Strength & Fitness, we would like to thank our over 30 athletes for participating in this winters Triple Threat Hitting Academy. This winter, athletes came in 2x per week for 8 weeks to blend strength and power in the weight room, honing their craft at the plate. Coaches in both the strength room and in the cages helped our athletes unlock their potential power so that they can be the best hitters they can be this Spring and Summer. In addition, coaches helped hitters learn how to have an approach and plan as they go into their at-bats this season. We would like to wish everyone the best of luck this season, and look forward to continuing to work with you all!
