At EastEnd Baseball Academy, we are committed to Individual Player development and Team Growth. The key is to take a snapshot of where each athlete and team is at the beginning of the season. Then measure both individual and team growth at the end of the season. Progress happens over time. It can not be judged solely by wins and losses. Progress happens when a player's baseball IQ is increased and game situational awareness has been enhanced leading to more successes on the diamond. Consistently executing fundamentals over time will ensure the individuals' and teams' ability to play the game at a higher level. This will also add to a team's cohesiveness and chemistry. At EEBA we triumph over other ball clubs in developing not only better ball players, but respectful young men who are taught to play the game with class.- Jason Galbraith
