The Top Tier Aviators are now accepting applications for head coaches and assistant coaches for Winter Workouts and the upcoming 2023 Season. The Eastend Baseball Academy has some of the most knowledgeable and tenured coaching staff on Long Island and we are looking to expand with mentorship opportunities available. All coaches are allotted the opportunity to use our 6,000 sq. ft. facility to offer private lessons to develop our athletes individually. We offer coaches certifications, training, and competitive compensation. Experience in high school and the collegiate level is mandatory. Professional experience is a plus.
