Message from Coach Jason Galbraith
As school ball is in full swing, our athletes are making big impacts on their respective middle school, JV and Varsity teams across Long Island. Our alumni at the collegiate level is doing the same like Sean Hamilton at Hofstra, Jack Halloran at Emory and Angelo Velez at SUNY Old Westbury to name a few. Our younger teams are making strides and the work and preparation we put in over winter workouts is showing.
I was asked if the key to success in travel baseball is because of the elevated talent level. Not exactly; having the best athletes from different communities combined into a single squad is helpful, but its the experienced and prepared coaching staff that brings out the best in a player. Planned practices with age-appropriate drills and careful attention to each individual players growth is what sets our Academy apart from the rest.
