St. Charles Sports Medicine has partnered with Eastend Baseball Academy and Determined Strength & Performance to provide an 8 week comprehensive injury prevention screen, along with recovery services. Each squad in our organization has reguarly scheduled times to get services to keep our athletes healthy and loose during Winter Workouts heading into the Spring season.
