Jarrett Lisa from 14u Imbriani squad goes yard in the teams 13-1 victory over the LI Storm. The 14u Imbriani are 8-3 in Boys of Summer league play and 3-3 in competitive tournaments thus far. Team has been lead by strong offense from Dylan Vanderschuyt (batting .529), Andrew Foster (batting .432), Jake Cummings (batting .414), Joseph Capece (batting .404) and Ryan Pletman (batting .405). Solid pitching from Mark Gajowski (2.3 Era, 21 strikeouts in 14 innings pitched), Andrew Foster (2.25 Era, 16 strikeouts in 10 innings pitched) and Cooper Currao (2.9 Era, 19 strike outs in 16 innings pitched).
Our 14u Bruno squad will be competing in the Town of Brookhaven Championship game. Earlier this season, Tyler Hanko threw 6.1 innings giving up 3 hits and striking out 8. Tyler Hanko and Christian Meadows had 2 RBI's apiece in their 8-0 win vs. Team Steel. Despite getting only 2 hits, this Aviators squad drew 20 walks to come back from a 3-0 deficit and win. Tyler Hanko pitched 4 innings with 6k's. Christian Meadows had 3 RBI's in their 11 to 5 win over Team Steel Alfano.
